- Newsletter Editor and Webmaster for the Brazosport (Texas) Genealogical Society.
Services:
- I have access to all available U.S. Census records 1790-1930 as well as probate, military, vital and land records. I can provide records in hard copy as well as digital format on a CD-ROM.
- I am near the Clayton Library in Houston, one of the top 5 genealogical libraries in the nation.
- I am completely familiar with the Salt Lake Family History Library, their collection, and materials lending practices.
- I'm very familiar with Swedish records and doing Swedish genealogy using the records of the Family History Library and other sources.
- South Louisiana and Acadian genealogy research.
Fees:
- Research - $25 per hour with a prepaid $50 minimum (plus expenses of copies, travel, postage, microfilm orders, etc.). I'll handle large or small research jobs, at a pace you prefer.
- Consultation - $15 per hour. If you aren't sure where to head with your research I can help you evaluate your data and figure out where to go.
- Data Entry - $10 per hour. If you have done research already and need someone to type it into a computer genealogy program for you, I can help.
