The services advertised with genealogyPro are highly reputable. Very rarely have we been notified of problems between a client and the providers of services advertised herein. It is inevitable, however, that occasionally this will occur.

To help users make decisions about who to hire, a Service Advisory Report will tell you whether or not a complaint was received about a particular service and if it was resolved. It does not provide any other details.
