Qualifications

I started researching my own family tree in 2000 and rapidly became hooked on the whole subject. From there, I went on to research my wife's tree & then offered my services to family & friends before taking the role full time.

I am a member of the Society of Genealogists and The Guild of One Name Studies. I also subscribe to several local family history societies.

I am within easy distance of the National Archives in Kew and the London Metropolitan Archives in Islington.

I will be guided by you as to how much research you want me to undertake. Be aware that some names/families are harder to trace than others and whilst some family histories can remain quite local, others can spread far & wide so estimating research times is extremely difficult.
