Qualifications:

I have a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in history, and have been researching Ontario and Toronto records for over 10 years. I am a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists and the Ontario Genealogical Society, and I am currently enrolled in the certificate program (Canadian) at the National Institute for Genealogical Studies.

Services:

I specialize in 19th - early 20th century records of Ontario, Canada. Residing in Toronto, I have convenient access to major repositories in that city, including the Archives of Ontario, the Toronto Central Reference Library, the Canadiana Collections at North York Public Library (includes the library of the Ontario Genealogical Society), the City of Toronto Archives, and the Archives of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Toronto, to name a few.

Fees:

Everyone's family history is important, and no job is too small for Backtracks! Research addressing your family history query will be conducted at the reasonable rate of $17.50 CAD per hour. And at Backtracks, persons who are age 65 and over enjoy a 20 per cent discount (proof of age required).
