Bob & Linda Ausbourne have a collective 60 years experience in genealogy. Bob is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists. They thrill in helping others make the past come 'alive' and unraveling those 'knotty problems'.
Bob published a magazine, "The Genealogical Acorn", back in the 1960's.
Services:
They specialize in U.S.A. genealogy and do most of their research via the computer. However, short field trips to excellent libraries nearby (Tampa & Bartow, Florida) are always a possibility. Rates are $12 per hour (portal to portal in case of short field trips) or 10 hours for $100. Payment plans can be worked out on major projects. Paypal is also accepted.
A preliminary search is always free. Most of the time we can be of service, but occasionally we recommend other avenues or dissuade a client from a "wild goose chase" that would not be cost effective. We need all pertinent data that you now possess to start a preliminary search, e.g. names, dates, locations , etc. Contact us with knowledge that there will be no charge for an evaluation.
Fees:
$12 per hour or 10 hours for $100. The rates are across the board whether it involve research, data entry, travel time, etc. Payment plans can be worked out on plans of 10 hours or more. Paypal is an excepted method of payment.
